Thompson Surveying Consultants have a proud history of involvement in many major construction projects throughout the South West. The Collie Aged Care Facility is one such project where we have been able to illustrate the varied survey services we can provide to our clients.
In late 2005, we were nominated by South West Health Services to complete the Crown subdivision and conversion to Freehold Title of a portion of Lots abutting the existing Collie Hospital Site. This subdivision completed as per State Land Services instructions, allowed the creation of the Freehold Lot for the Aged Care Facility.
Once Cimeco was awarded the Contract to construct the 12.1 Million Dollar Collie Aged Care Facility they approached Thompson Surveying Consultants to provide surveying services for the construction. Our key tasks were to remark the boundaries of the project site, provide setout services for the construction and to monitor the construction process to ensure everything was completed within the stringent tolerances required.
In this instance our involvement really was from start to finish which resulted in a quality end product for our clients.
