Contour/Feature Surveys
Feature and contour surveys are usually carried out to assist in determining the topography, location of services (including power, sewerage and drainage) and other features as they provide a picture of the land. Developers, engineers, architects and builders use feature surveys to make best use of the property at least expense to the developer. Feature surveys are also used to predict where future services need to be located in order to support the development as it grows.
