Thompson Surveying Consultants were engaged by Cimeco Group Ltd to provide surveying services for the construction of the new Kingston Primary School.
Cimeco is one of Western Australia’s leading construction, fabrication and project delivery contractors and was awarded the Contract to build this 12.2 Million Dollar project by the State Government in February 2008. The timeframe for this project was less than one year from the Contract being awarded in order to be ready for the beginning of the 2009 school year.
With this in mind, Cimeco needed a suitably qualified Survey Team with the latest in survey equipment on call throughout the projects completion. We were able to provide Cimeco with the same Survey Team and the latest technology including RTK GNSS receivers throughout the length of the project. Our good working relationship with the site supervisor meant that we were able to schedule the works such that the project ran smoothly from start to finish and all aspects were completed expediently.
