Re-establishment surveys

Re-establishment surveys are undertaken when the redefinition of a lot boundary is required. These surveys are usually required when a boundary is to be used to set out improvements, such as a house, fence or retaining wall, for strata title purposes or when a detailed identification survey is necessary.

Thompson Surveying Consultants will ensure that the boundaries are placed in their original positions as described in the Certificate of Title.  It is not uncommon for buildings to be constructed across a neighbour's property boundary. We will locate any encroachments, place new survey marks and lodge the details with the Title Office as required.
